Holistic Doula Services
Nourished Birth
My Own Experiences
Update: I am heading deeper into the birth world this fall by pursuing midwifery, so I am unable to take clients at this time.
I have been working as a doula for 6 years, but I have been interested in birth since I was a young girl. I was born and raised in a family of ten kids with a wonderful mother who instilled a desire for simple, healthy living in each of us. Growing up in Saskatchewan, I learned how babies were born before I learned how they were made. Since my late teens, I have wanted to be involved in the birthing world. My passion for doula work started with loving to hear labour stories, and then it grew into wanting to help the women in those stories.
In the beginning of 2016, I moved temporarily to Victoria, BC to take my training as a holistic doula at Pacific Rim College.
I am now living in Saskatoon, SK where I provide doula services and geek out about pregnancy and birth whenever I get the chance. As a doula, I want to teach mothers (and their partners) how to confidently care for and prepare their body for pregnancy, labour, and the postpartum period. In turn, I hope they can teach the next generation.
If I sound like the doula for you, contact me to set up a consultation. I'm excited to meet you!
